- DR 12-09-11015. Los Angeles School Police / LAPD report of the April 20, 2012 classroom incident. Kilroy’s POST complaint says police witness statements were never independently taken, and that statements collected by administrators were not repatriated to the report.
- April 11, 2013. City Attorney dismissal.
- March 19, 2026. Email from Steve Soboroff, steve@soboroff.com, denying knowledge of the situation, denying contact with Harris since she was vice president, and denying contact from Detective Sohlund. Copied to an FBI address and the district attorney. This is the contrary statement.
2015 · Millikan dance class
- October 6, 2015. Dance class, Millikan Middle School, Sherman Oaks, now Louis Armstrong Middle School. Teacher of record in the packet: Melanie Kim Weiss. Investigators named in the SSIT packet: Ray Daniel Jordan and Julie Padilla.
- C.D. Cal. CV 16-09068, Dkt. 182. Jordan declaration and SSIT case summary. Summaries of interviews. Original student writings not attached. Kilroy’s filings deny the summaries.
- Officer Ibarra SCAR. Kilroy’s account: a suspected-child-abuse report bounced to a district administrative investigation rather than kept as a police investigation. The transmittal is not linked here because it is not in the public file he has.
